Team Daley, Goodfellow & Ling

Hello and hi. Are you watching the Olympics? Are you supporting Russia? Oh wait…they are not in it. They seem to be having some erm..challenges, at the moment. I really can’t (or wont) say more on this. The Russian Mafia is real and I don’t exactly want to be swimming with the fishes…if you know what I mean.

I am Team Daley & Goodfellow (and Ling). Yes, yes I am. Oh, don’t get me wrong-I am supporting my American brothers and sisters back home…but I live in Britain-so I am Team GB as well. That being said, let’s give it up for Daley and Goodfellow who brought home a bronze gold medal in synchonised swimming yesterday. Well done, chaps! If you missed it, you can watch it here at Daley & Goodfellow Its a great link, as these mighty British minnows hugged each other, as their scores were revealed, followed by them hugging some more, as they effortlessly fell into the pool in sheer delight. Congrats Tom and Dan!

Daley and Goodfellow’s final dive was pretty incredible and resulted in 1 of 2 Olympic bronze medals for Great Britain on day 3 in Rio. Along with Ed Ling’s bronze, in the trap shooting (trap shooting is one of the 3 major disciplines of clay pigeon shooting-the other 2 are skeet shooting and sporting clays) Pictured below is Ed Ling.     They jumped in the pool after the race b/c they were in shock after winning a bronze , who won the silver?

      Am not sure who won Silver. But China got the gold. Bronze is bronze and is quite an admirable medal to win.
