The Duchess of Cornwall (and her Prince)

Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall made for a glamorous couple as they donned their gladrags at the British Asian Trust Dinner, London

Greetings. Our Camilla, I mean the Duchess of Cornwall looks good for 68. How does she do it? I guess life as Royal might help. Honestly, I have mad respect for the Royal family but they just might be vampires. These people never seem to age. Anyway, last night the Duchess of Cornwall looked stunning in her midnight blue Bruce Oldfield gown as she strode down the red carpet for a star-studded event in London last night. Camilla and her husband Prince Charles attended a reception and dinner for the supporters of the British Asian Trust at the National History Museum. There were approximately 450 other guests at the fancy shindig but all eyes were on Camilla.

Prince Charles is president of the trust and he founded the organisation in 2007 to take action against the widespread poverty and hardship he saw in South Asia. I would like to add that there is poverty and hardship in Britain as well (in some places) I trust the Prince is aware of that.

Simon Cowell was there. Even Leona Lewis. That must have been awkward seeing that she just up and left his label. But I guess they put that aside for the evening. Don’t they look grand?

There were other esteemed guests. As you can see, all the less than beautiful people remained at home.

In the finish, a good time was had by all. Camilla looked good and Charles as per usual, looked pretty dashing. Charles will be King one day. But not for another 25 years or so. For real.

I wonder what Charles would have done for a crust if he hadn’t been born with a platinum spoon, fork and knife in his mouth??
